• Update helm dependency to remediate GHSA-m6hq-p25p-ffr2 and GHSA-pwhc-rpq9-4c8w advisories from transitive dependency containerd

To upgrade with BEL’s lifecycle automation operator, you will need Buoyant Extension version v0.37.2 or later.
