Installation

Buoyant Enterprise for Linkerd can be installed in one two basic profiles: production and non-production.

Non-production profile: This mode is suitable for experiments, development, and staging environments. It uses fewer resources and requires less setup to install, but has weaker availability guarantees.
Production profile: This mode is suitable for production environments. It uses a highly-available control plane deployment

Both profiles are eligible for optional Buoyant Cloud and FIPS enablements.
